How this calculator works
The calculator counts full years, then full months, then remaining days between the two dates. If the day of the month hasn't been reached yet, it borrows the length of the previous month.
People born on February 29 are counted as having their birthday on February 28 in non-leap years. Some laws and organizations use March 1 instead.
Example
Someone born on May 15, 1990 is 36 years, 4 months, and 18 days old on October 3, 2026.
